Big Closings in Marietta

On June 30, 2022 Don Edwards with Atlanta Commercial Group closed 191-195 S Marietta Parkway. This was a sixth tenths of an acre site with two buildings. The property was purchased by a local developer for $900,000 and is scheduled to be developed into a medical care facility. The property was listed on June 9, 2021, went under contract on July 14, 2021, and closed on June 30, 2022. Challenges with GADOT posed a threat to the transaction, however Don Edwards worked diligently alongside the purchaser’s agent to navigate the GADOT waters and ultimately seal the deal.
