What we found missing was a universal firm that provides a variety of commercial real estate services to fully support the business industry.
Large, national brokerages tend to service regional or national clients and a broad range of property types. However, these large organizations focus mainly on urban centers and prefer large transactions. They ignore the smaller opportunities as well as the outlying areas of the urban center.
Small, boutique firms focus on either a geographic area or specialize in providing specific commercial services focusing on one industry. While they are generally more open than the big firms, they do not have a network reach outside of their base of expertise and therefore do not provide a full range of services to their clients.
